Angier’s Almshouses.
I've just bought a booklet titled "The story of Angier's Almshouses Wallingford".
This 29 page booklet contains the history of the building as well as the trustees along with details and plans of the modernisation in 1981.
Also there are names, of the people who lived there since it was built in 1681 up to the mid 1970s and plenty more information.
A very interesting read for a modest £2.50.
